The tentative maintenance for today on the account/sales server was cancelled. This maintenance will likely take place sometime later this week during the afternoon Pacific time. We'll keep you posted.

At 7pm Pacific today we will be taking the account/sales server down briefly for maintenance. The maintenance is expected to be completed within half an hour. For the first few minutes of the maintenance, new logins to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable, however your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.

We are planning to take the account/sales server down briefly for maintenance on either Thursday or Friday this week, likely during the afternoon Pacific time. The maintenance is expected to be short, as usual. We'll provide more details once they are available.

At 2pm Pacific time today we'll be taking the account/sales server down briefly for maintenance. The maintenance is expected to be completed within half an hour.

During this time, product sales, license activation, and account management for Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable. During the first few minutes of the maintenance, logging in to Realm Works and Hero Lab Online will be unavailable, however your service will be unaffected if you are already logged in.

We're planning a Hero Lab Online release tomorrow morning at around 10am Pacific time. Unlike some past releases, we're expecting a fair amount of downtime (but we're hoping not longer than 1 hour).

As usual, after the update is live, you will need to refresh your browser to get the latest update.

Sales and Realm Works should be unaffected.

Update: An upgrade process is taking longer than expected to work its way through all the data everyone's been creating. We hope to have things back up soon, but we're obviously past our predicted 1 hour window. Will update with an ETA when we have one.

Tuesday, April 3rd at 11am Pacific time, we'll be bringing down Hero Lab Online for database maintenance. We'll also be deploying some new features bugfixes as well. We expect the downtime to last no more than 1 hour.
