Why are Space wolves not allowed to take IAA2 Thunderhawk Interdictor Strike Force?

I'm trying and trying to find a combination of settings that will allow me to setup an apocalypse list which includes Space Wolves and the IAA2 Thunderhawk Interdictor Strike Force. This is listed as a Space Marines Formation - but there should be no reason to block the Space Wolves from having this formation. They use all of the same vehicles.

Any idea why this was not allowed or how I can add this formation to a Space Wolves AB list?

No ulterior motive, just time needed to get around to it. Eventually it will be added into the datfiles.
