Racial Heritages

Where in the editor do I make a new Racial Heritage ie. [Archon for AAsamir]
I looked all through the tabs in race but could not find where I would add a new Racial Heritage.

The ones from Blood of Angels (like rcArchoHer) are defined as "Racial Cust Special" in the editor.

FYI, I'm not sure which book/source is required to make the optional table where you choose a heritage show up, but the Aasimar heritage table isn't shown on the background tab for an Aasimar hero with just the core game system.
