Anyone else have issues after downloading recent updates? Mine keeps telling me that it can't contact the licensing server, but I'm not seeing any announcements about outages.

Yep HL is timing out looking for the updates server and the license server for me also.

The devs have been informed and are currently working to see what's going on here.
