Two issues - can these be altered with the editor?

Hi all,

I'm trying to build a dragonborn character; and I've noticed two things that are not showing up correctly. One is that dragonborn heritage gives a con bonus to the healing surge value; but it's not reflected in the value listed on the sheet. The second is that multiclassing into Warrior of the Wild (he's a fighter) shows the skill gained, but doesn't show the Encounter level class ability of Hunter's Quarry. Are these changes I can make on my own in the editor; or is it something our benevolent creators have to implement? :-)

Also - is there any way to alter how the character sheet is laid out? I want to be able to have the character portrait on the first page; but can't seem to find a way to shift the panels around.
