Another SR-related thing.

If I just bootstrap powDetectSWADE then it doesn't show up anywhere.

Hmmm. Let me see what I can do about that. It would still need to show up in an Arcane tab. And a character usually has to have an Arcane Background for that to show up. B/Sing the power is fine, but without an AB of some kind, the tab won't display so you can't see it.

This might be a bit complicated by the fact that we have multiple AB's allowed now, and it's not a single static tab we're dealing with anymore.

That actually sounds like a good idea.

How do you associate a power with a specific Arcane Background when bootstrapping? And what about any modifiers to the power?

Well, the Power Modifiers are not something we can do a lot with in Hero Lab.
Since they can be different each and every time the Power is used, it's more of a description of other things you can do. Not a lot for Hero Lab to do.

And it's the other way around - You tell it which Powers are not available to a given AB.
