New Power Card not showing up on Character Sheet

I made a new fighter power with the editor but I can't figure out how to get the Power Card to appear on the Character Sheet. I can chose the power in the builder okay but it's power card doesn't appear on the sheet. Can anyone get me pointed in the right direction here? Thanks.

Hi. Can you e-mail me with a saved Hero Lab portfolio demonstrating the issue you've encountered? We'll check it out and see what we can find.

Thanks John. I just sent it. I think I did at any rate, I had some problems with the Windows mail sign in thing. As you can probably guess working with computers isn't really my greatest asset.
