Validation error on Hexes

I am getting the Validation error Hex class feature required for Accursed Hex
I cannot find where you select class feature Hexes. I looked in Class/ Class feature and class/custom ability but don't seem to see it can someone point out to me where it is. I am making a new witcher class that uses hexes and getting some errors having to do with hexes.

Open the feat in the editor and look for the prereq, that should tell you what needs added
