War for the Crown

Thank you to whoever put together the Relic Items, like Dignity's Barb, for War for the Crown; I have a question though. Is there a system for indicating how many Triumphs have been applied to an item? I've tried adding one or two of them to a character, but they seem to stay as the base item.
