Apologies if I missed this somewhere, but my search-fu didn't show me any answers.
Is there a way to make Hero Lab automatically add in the cost for expensive components to magic items (that I'm just missing) without manually adjusting the price? |

Please be more specific about which combination this is not functioning for. If you've found a specific spell that doesn't work, you can report that as a bug (and please be specific about whether this is on a custom potion, a custom wand, or something else).

Apologies. This would be for a custom item. (Since there aren't any pre-made wands by spell)
Specifically, the one that drew my attention was a custom wand of Restoration. The spell requires "(diamond dust worth 100 gp or 1,000 gp, see text)" The cost of this item should therefore include that component cost multiplied by the charges, but Hero Lab gave it the same price as a custom wand of Holy Smite, which is the same level but has no components. I wanted to make sure whether I was missing something or needed to manually multiply the component cost and add it in every time. |

I just tested. I started with "-Add Custom Wand-", and then selected Restoration as the spell to add to it. The price listed as the cost at the bottom of the form is 26,000. When I do the same with the Holy Smite spell, that's listed as 21,000.
