When will we see some focus on basic features still missing from PF2E/Herolab Online

The feedback is appreciated and I think that I can help out a bit and provide a bit of assistance.

First, the following link will take you to the Tips and Insights page which cover some information about the Campaign Theater and HLO in general, if you haven't already reviewed it there is a fair chance this could be of help.

Beyond that, the team has actually been hard at work planning and building out improvements to the Campaign Theater specifically in order to help make it easier to navigate, intuitively understand, and just generally use (especially for newer users) as well as to also expand on the things it can already do. I don't have any solid timeframe that I can share at this point but we hope to have those improvements available later this year.

My players roll initiative using physical dice. I go through the list in order with how they get listed automatically and modify the value campaign theatre har generated with the value they roll. I then hit sort and it’s ready to start.
