I'm confused. I have a license to Hero Lab Classic and don't have username/password to log in to get the playtest on the same account. I realise I could set up a new account, and keep the two separate, but that's not what I want.

This thread lead me to https://herolab.online/login but the account recovery options don't recognise the email address connected to my Classic account.

What do I do?

HLO has no connection to HLC. It shares a user id and password with Realm Works which uses LW’s new sales portal. If you want to use HLO (now or in the future) you need to create a NEW user ID and password. In addition your forum user id and password are different than HLO (I mention because others have tried to log in with their forum ID before).

Hope that helps.

If you look here http://www.wolflair.com/hero-lab-online-faq/ there is mention about migrating to an online account for a nominal fee. How do I do that?
