I am building an Iroran Paladin, and their unarmed strikes go up to 1d10 at level sixteen.
With Anaconda's Coils and the Final Embrace tree, I can give myself Constriction that should be 2d10, but after having to put in a natural attack with an Adjustment, I can't get a d10 out of it, only d8s or or d6s.
How do I change the Constriction damage to 1d10 or 2d10?

You've submitted this as a bug report to support@wolflair.com?

As a workaround, the Weapon Damage Die Step should allow you to change the damage.

I haven't yet, but the problem is that natural attacks go 1d6 > 1d8 > 2d6 > 3d6, no way to change it to d10 without putting it in the source itself, and that doesn't work with Constriction.

This sounds like a send the character issue - this is going to come down to the exact combination of feats, adjustments, and other abilities, plus the exact damage tag chosen, since PF1 has two different damage progressions, which end up looking the same at the lowest dice.
