I'm attempting to create a Morlamaw PC, given that I got the boon offered at the end of Starfinder Society Scenario 1-08: Sanctuary of Drowned Delight, however, in the hours I've spent attempting to make this work, I've found that some of the things I need to be able to choose to create the character appear not to be there.

This is the text from the scenario regarding this type of creature as a character:
Ability Adjustments: +2 Con, +2 Cha, –2 Wis
Hit Points: 4
Size and Type: Morlamaws are Large monstrous
humanoids with the aquatic subtype They have a
space and reach of 10 feet.
Amphibious: Morlamaws are able to breathe
both water and air normally.
Cold Resistance: Morlamaws are
accustomed to swimming in icy water and
have cold resistance 5.
Darkvision: Morlamaws have darkvision
with a range of 60 feet.
Morlamaw Movement: Morlamaws
have a land speed of 20 feet and a
swim speed of 40 feet.
Natural Weapons: Morlamaws are
always considered armed. They
can deal 1d3 lethal piercing
damage with unarmed strikes,
and those attacks don’t count
as archaic. Morlamaws gain
a unique weapon specialization with their
natural weapons at 3rd level, allowing them
to add 1-1/2 × their character level to their
damage rolls for their natural weapons (instead of just adding
their character level, as usual).

Where I'm running into issues, currently, are the following areas:
Size, space and reach are not able to be changed from Medium (unless I want to change to Small, or the space and reach down to 0 each)
Changing the land speed to 20 does not appear anywhere
You can select that the character will have a swim speed, however, there is nowhere to actually set the speed
All the natural weapon text calls out Vesk, where these are a very different and specific type of natural weapons, with no ability to change anything about them in the application.
