New Monster counts class for racial HD

I am working on entering Beatific One in the editor. It has a racial special Monk Qualities which counts it racial HD as monk for AC, Fact movement, Unarmed, and a few other abilities.

Is there an easy way to add class abilities to a race and count racial HD as level?

I tried bootstrapping the class ability directly, but doing so causes script validation issues since the race has no monk levels. I couldn't think of another race to use an example for it.

The Morlock race (and a few others) have sneak attack.

Thank you. I was hoping there was a way I wouldn't have to make a new racial special instead of bootstrapping the class abilities to the race. I got it working using sneak attack concept. I appreciate the help.
