An Edge that allows user to select One power

I have my Legendary version of extra power points be able to be taken as many times as you want. You might not want to do that, but I left it in as an example for when you have multiple instances of the same edge on the character and you want the total.

I did not add anything based on rank. The individual edges look for if the character is of that rank on their own. This eval script just sees if those edges exist on the character. It does not care how the character got them. If it is there, it adds to whichever total it is working for.
