I'd have to chime in on the "Realm Works is it" side of things. As one of the old guys here (still have my original wood grain box from 74), I never could afford the time to track things properly between kids and business. I actually enjoy it now (though I really wish there was an easy way to make bulk changes). To give you an example, I'm on holidays in Mazatlan at the moment and what am I doing? Entering data to relax and checking RW forums for tips from those much wiser than me in the ways of things. It is fun to DM again.
