Remove/Suspend Abilities

I have (I imagine) a not small request.

I would like to be able to suspend or remove an ability.

Here's an example. Say I want to augment or give an ability, let's take a template in this example. We'll use the Celestial one for this.

It has everything I want, but also a few things more that I don't want. It would be great if I could select that ability and simply suspend it. This would keep me from having to create a whole new template within the Tools, and more quickly go about my game.

I could see a right clicking on the object and "dropping it" like with how gear works.

Just a thought. And I am sure, a huge effort to do, because I never seem to have easy ideas. LOL.
