I have all the 5e spells entered into RW and tags makes it easy to filter by class, level, whether they can be cast ritually, and so forth.

I would love to have the entire MM and Volo's Guide in RW, properly tagged, so I could sort by monster type, challenge rating, and so forth.

Really helps with game prep.

other uses:

I have a number of smaller drop-in side quests, both my own and those I've purchased from various sources entered. I use tags to categorize in a number of ways so if the party goes in a completely unexpected direction, I can filter available quests and find something appropriate to drop in. You can do the same with NPCs, taverns and other merchants, and so forth.

Tags are very helpful. When I convert my realm from "legacy" to "5e" I fear I'll lose many of my tags. Hopefully adding new tag snippets to purchased content will be simple and not cause complications.

I think that is one of main problems with Realm Works. There is always something that either we think of ourselves or an idea we steal from the forums. Of course, this means a major reorganization of our previous work which we may or may not ever get around to. I'm starting to think that I need to make notes of how I want my organization to develop and what to remember to include for each new entry (and how to tag it if I don't do it).
