Space Marines not updated

For some reason the file does not seem to update. It says the thing has imported with new Space Marine files included but the only list I can make is on the past codex.

What am I missing? I have not encountered this issue before. I even uninstalled everything and downloaded and reinstalled and still no luck.
 
Make sure you select Codex Space Marines from the race list, the Space Marines entry further down is the 5th ed list.
