Forgive me, but I've beat my head against the wall for two days, and scoured documentation.
Is there not a way to update / replace the original image in a smart image? In other words... 1) I made a world map in Photoshop (exported jpg). 2) I put it in RealmWorks and put 30+ pins on it 3) I decided to add a island to the world map - did that in Photoshop (exported new jpg). Now I can't seem to find a way to update the image in RealmWorks. |

In Realm Works, click the image from within its topic. Then click the tools button and select "Clear Image". It will keep the pins, but remove the image and give you an option to upload a new one. Upload the replacement image, and it should be good to go!

Ahhh... "clear image"... My assumption was that that "cleared" all the pins off the map!
Okay, that does the trick... cool. Thanks for the help! Since "clear image" was right above "Reveal entire image" and "Conceal entire image" I assumed it did something other than work with the source image. Based on that experience, I recommend two things: 1) Setting the button in its own section and renaming the button to: "update image" or "change image" or "replace image" 2) Documenting that feature in the blue "i" (help) that opens for that page. That (at least in my mind) makes it much more clear. |

Thanks for pointing this out. I've added this to our list.

Thank you! I've been holding off adding pins to a map until I had the map perfect. I agree that it's not an intuitive place to put that command. Perhaps a new button on the toolbar?

Had the same "problem" just now. This thread solved my question, but renaming the button would be more intuitive. |
