I am trying to renew my license it doesn't matter which browser i use i keep getting

I, for one, appreciate that you guys are keeping us in the loop on forums ON THE WEEKEND. That is good customer service. Showing my age, here, but people these days are so spoiled, they don't remember what CS was like back in the day when the whole world virtually stopped on the weekends.

Same exact problem. Only started after I updated to 4.2.

Help.

This issue was resolved Monday - the server was running low on resources, so we had to shut some things down to get it back in business again. Please let us know if you run into further problems like this.

I was having this problem using IE10. I clear my cache and all temp files with no luck. I even tried IE in compatibility mode with no luck. Keeps telling me to check "Make sure TLS and SSL protocols are enabled. Go to Tools > Internet Options > Advanced > Settings > Security".

I did try a different browser (chrome) and everything did work.

Just and FYI.
