Missing Afflictions

Am i missing something? please help me find out to do this if its possible.

It seems like there is some really super basic functionality missing from the afflictions portion of herolab. It is missing the most common and basic afflictions, like ghoul fever and filth fever, and almost every common poison. That would be fine, but it also seems to lack the ability to add these as custom diseases or poisons as well.

The poisons are fine, those don;t usually last past an encounter, but missing functionality for disease is a real problem because these are long lasting things that can stick with a character for a long time, and the inability ot even put in a 'custom disease filth fever' marker on a character is a serious hinderence.
