I'm trying to create all the NPCs and adversaries from the Rise of the Runelords Anniversary Edition campaign, and ran into a snag with the mutated goblin Koruvus. He's got two specific changes: he's Medium size, and he has a third arm.

I can get the size change using a permanent modifier on the Personal tab, though it doesn't change his default weapon size. The problem is, I can't find anything that will allow me to give him an extra hand.

Is it in a supplement I don't own, perhaps? I can't use the "custom creature" option from the Bestiary supplements, because it doesn't allow humanoids to be selected for the base type.

The proper way to do this is to create a new race for this character, or create a template or ART that applies the changes - he's no longer a normal goblin.

LP,

When I did RofRAnn for the community I did it via a template I called Koruvus's Curse. Had the template change him to Medium size, bootstrapped the breath weapon and used the script herofield[tNumHands].value += 1 to give him his third arm.

frumple, I'd recommend giving him a link to where he can get that template you made, rather than repeating all the work that's already been done on RotRL.

That is where the zip files with all the .por and encounters are located. You would first need to install the Community Bestiary to get the .user files that would contain what Frumple is talking about.
