Adjustments: attribute for class abilities

Is there a way, using either the default Adjustments or any of ShadowChemosh's add-ons, to adjust the attribute that class abilities key off of?

In my specific case, I need to have the Draconic Bloodline's "Claws" ability key off of Intelligence instead of Charisma when it calculates the number of uses per day. I tried a bunch of different Adjustments and couldn't get anything to work.

You'll have to calculate the difference between the scores yourself, but "Ability: Uses/Period" will let you change the uses/day.
