Hello, I am a new user and am trying to acquire some data packages for the pathinder series. When I log in with my license and e-mail address, I get an explorer cannot display web page error. I have run a connectivity diagnostic and not had any problem. I have disabled my internet security and have set my ssl and ttp levels to on. I still cannot purchase data packages. Has anyone else had this problem? Thanks for any assistance.

Are you using Internet Explorer? For some users, IE has a problem connecting to our sales web site. At the moment, our recommended solution is to download another browser, such as Firefox or Chrome, and visit the site in that browser, which should work fine. You can do so by copying the address out of internet explorer and into the other browser.

Thanks, that indeed did the trick. I passed word onto my friends as well so that they don't run into the same problem.
