Half-Troll or add regen?

Trying to make a half troll npc, cant figure out how to add regen to the npc.

Is Half Troll a race or a template? If so then you'll need to bootstrap the Regeneration special with the appropriate value to either of those.

I ended up putting it in nder personal but, its a template that will be added as one of the chars has developed a way to "inject" troll DNA into others.
