Oversized two-weapon fighting

Has anyone tried their hand at this feat from Complete Adventurer?
It allows a character with the two-weapon fighting style to use a one handed weapon in his off hand but treat the attack penalty as if it were a light weapon,i.e. a -2 penalty instead of a much higher penalty.

Add the "Hero.OffLight" tag to the hero - this will simulate the off-hand weapon as being a Light Weapon, which should change the penalty appropriately.
