so when you use the hero.childlives option, where exactly is it looking for the option?

You can make it look wherever you tell it to look. By starting with "hero.", you're telling it to look at picks stored in the hero container (which is 98% of the things on your character).

course i didn't understand all of it (hehe) but it helped enough for me to finally figure out (after 2 long days) how to fix the script i was looking at.
