I'm pretty sure that if I mention "proportional representation" I might be facing a divorce...

Smoothly professional, friendly and supportive, dedicated and determined. And we get damn good software on top of that.
Double thumbs-up to the team and their wonderful efforts. A nice big thank you to all involved. |

This update is a huge step forward to the content market and features I am very much looking forward too. Though I have had zero issues, I have no doubt those who do, will see a solution in reasonable time frame. No update of this magnitude can go 100% smooth. Stoked to see options for setting style preferences, and styles setup for Read Aloud text and handouts. Great work LW!

The best thing is that it feels like living software; always growing and getting better. I haven't even been able to open the new version yet but I can still get excited about the changes because of the forum feedback and start planning changes.

Well, this software is a piece of art, and the developers are artists. I can not see myself gamemastering without realm works anymore.
The best part of all is the support. The software is constantly developing and even when there are failures, the development team seeks to solve as best as possible. |

As a rather vocal bitcher, I really should put my two cents in here.
The communication about this release and the problems involved, and working with people in threads and discussing fixes and timelines for them, has been really great. The effort involved in communicating promptly and clearly and pleasantly during what must be a crazy stressful time is really obvious and appreciated. Thanks, LW. |

I've been pretty vocal about this in the past, on the main upgrade thread most recently, but I'm continually appreciative of the professional and above-board way LWD has been conducting themselves.
