I have two computers that have a license for hero labs, they both have savage world upgrade to Adventure edition, I bought the weird west upgrade but it is only running on one computer and not the other. What do I need to do so both computers have savage worlds adventure edition with deadlands ?

Assuming the two licenses are associated (one is a secondary of the other), you probably need to start Hero Lab Classic on the computer that's not working and from the License menu select Reactivate License and click Retrieve in the pop-up box, then restart HLC when it finishes.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures
Former HL Games: D&D 4e & 5e, Mutants & Masterminds 2E & 3E, Savage Worlds

Ya I've done that several times, it shows the Adventure Edition upgrade but not the Deadlands content, I can't even buy it as it doesn't show on the add ons page anymore, probably as I have paid for it already. I have my PC and Laptop associated with my account, what sucks is my laptop is the one I use to run games with and that's the one that doesn't have the Deadlands content on it

This is the Savage Settings: Deadlands: Reloaded download, right? Hmm, the two machines are using different (but associated) license numbers, right? Other than that it's weird, the download should show up even if you've previously downloaded it.

If you go into the HLC downloads folder on the desktop (Tools > Explore Folders > Program Data Folder and go into download) does it show the Deadlands download?

EDIT: Oh, cool! Glad you got it sorted.

Currently Running: Pathfinder Second Edition
Currently Playing:
Pathfinder First Edition, Star Trek Adventures

Deadlands is a free download, never was a for pay file, all you need do is once you have Savage world loaded up to be able to make a character, go to the view updates, which is in the upper right side of the hero lab screen, click on that, than go down the list until you find the file named "Savage Setting: Deadlands; Reloaded 13 may 2021 and download that file. That is all there is to it, it is a file file that CapeCrusader made, it is a free download...
