Armour Training bug?

I may be doing something wrong, but I just updated to the 1.6 Pathfinder file and levelled a fighter up to 3rd level. It doesn't seem to be calculating the armour training correctly, and on the character sheet it's listed as "Armor Training (0). A quick experiment suggests that the Training bonus is increasing to 1 at 4th level and remaining at 1 until 8th rather than 3rd and 7th.
