Has anyone created the "Non-magic specific armor and specific weapons" that can be enchanted normally? As per the PFS FAQ they can be upgraded normally.

I'm not aware of it, but do what I did. I just recreated the powers of the specific armor or weapon as item powers, with no "pluses" involved, loaded them onto the appropriate armor/weapon and then added the additional enchantments. That was the only way I could create a few of the weapons and armor in my campaign. The one that gets me still is Intelligent items, I want to be able to customize them, and I can't.
