When making a new category from scratch (or altering a copy of an existing one) it is easy to place a new snippet in the wrong place.

That is easy to remedy by dragging it into the preferred place.

But ONLY if the preferred place is in the same section where you already placed it. You cannot drag it into a different section.

This is what I want to be able to do:

Also all drag and drop should support "scrolling" if that part is off-screen.
