This has been discussed before, but the responses seem to refer to a previous iteration of the interface.

I'd like to create an NPC with a base movement speed of 40 - how should I do that?

I've tried the following process, and attached screenshots of the interface:

1. Go to Build -> Character -> Customize Race. Scroll down to "Movement Speeds"
2. Click the "+" icon
3. Under "Uncategorized", there is an option for "Speed". This option has a Description under Information, and the options "Add choice" and "Add & Close". There are no other immediately apparent interactables.
4. Add & Close
5. Under "Movement Speeds", there now appears an entry for "Speed --"
6. Click 3 dots -> View / Edit
7. This shows two sections, "Use in Play" and "Information". The latter is the same as in step 3. Under "Use in Play", the text "User-Entered Value of 0". Clicking on this text does nothing, and there are no obvious things to interact with on this right pane.

I assume there should be some way for me to enter the value listed as "User-Entered Value". Where can I edit this?

Looks like a bug in the interface most likely, as there should be a control for that. Shoot us a bug report if you could please, via the button for it under the Settings menu (top right). That'll let Ryan take a look, and get it logged and on our board.
