On Wed. (Nov. 24) we will be taking Hero Lab Online down for maintenance at 10 AM Pacific time (6 PM UTC). Expected duration of downtime is 30 minutes.

On Friday (Nov. 26) we will be taking our account/sales server down for maintenance at 11 AM Pacific time (7 PM UTC). New logins to Hero Lab Online and Realm Works will be unavailable for a minute or two. Our store and account management websites will be unavailable for a few minutes beyond that.

EDIT: This maintenance was originally scheduled for 10 AM Pacific but was moved to 11 AM Pacific.
