How to give .user files to players?

Heyoo!
So I run my own homebrew and i have made a few changes. Quite a few but nothing too groundbreaking. just a few races and spells. So how do make my .user file an import file so that my players don't have to hit "Test Now" for every deity race and spell?

In the Help menu in Hero Lab, choose "Hero Lab Manual" (the first option), and then on the page that it opens, choose "Distributing Data Files" (second to last), and it will give you the instructions on how to do this.
