Rule System Tag Domains Unable To Add & Delete Tags

In the Tag Domains I can edit all of the Tag Domains except for the Rule System Tag Domains. Those are stuck to just Pathfinder and Fate tags.

So is there any particular reason why I can't edit those Tags?

My guess would be that these are intended to be "official" for the Marketplace.
