gutter runner wrong

under the new 2.71 files for warhammer it list the gutter runner tunnel
teams as have str 6 with the digging claws it should be counted as
extra hand weapon

Hmmm Tim,

This is very strange because I fixed it and I show St 4 and At 1/2 in
the files I have with a version 2.71 name. Could you please give me
more details and also check the version again.
