I just upgraded AB to 3.2a and now it shows as not being licensed. I have tried to reactivate the license, activate the license, and manually activate the license but it always says that it cannot be reassigned at this time. I have AB installed on my laptop and my desktop (desktop is where I upgraded to 3.2a) only. The license shouldn't expire until 2011. Any help with this?

If it says that the license cannot be re-assigned, that has *nothing* to do with whether the license has expired. It means that AB thinks you've moved a license to a new computer in less than 4 months.
Are you using two different license numbers on the two computers? If you are trying to use the same license number, that won't work. You need a separate license number on each computer. You can get a FREE secondary license by going to the License menu within AB and selecting the appropriate option. If you are using two different license numbers, then you'll need to send an email to technical support. Include a description of what is occurring, your name, and your license number(s). We can then get things figured out for you. |
