Problem there, is that not all of their rules are freely available.
True most are, but not all. Example: Battlefleet Gothic. Quite a bit
is available for d/l, but everything in the Armada rulebook is not
available.

Which is why is game players/fans can do this. We're using someones
generic tool (army builder) to create data files for the games that we
play, using the rule books that we own.

Plus, I'm sure there's a caveat in there somewhere that the files are
provided for "your personal use" only, and Wolflair would be no more able
sell those game systems with AB than they can with either Warhammer.

Except they say the only reason it's not is because they haven't put them
online yet. They're currently available (from GW's website) in at least
German and Spanish.

True, but the *intent* of the specialist games is to get everything online
(heck, I can download the pdf's for most of the stuff for the mag before my
subscription arrive). These things might be a way to begin the
communication process with GW over it - the foot in the door, so to speak.
