To any and all who may know what to do.
I have been working with HLC for years (PF1) and started using HLO back with PF2. When PF1 came out for HLO I purchased the system but it looks as though I did something wrong as the ability to migrate all my PF1 products to the HLO is not available. I put in a case (263375) on Jan. 5 but I have not heard back. My players and I have been looking forward to this release for months. Help! |

If you purchased the system, then it's likely generated a new HLC license associated with your HLO account. The process seems easy to do incorrectly. You'll probably need Lone Wolf to correct this.
The correct process is to associate your HLC license with your HLO account. That removes the option to buy the system and gives you the option to migrate your existing HLC purchased content. |

Did you resolve this?
I had a similar issue, and got a response with regard to it, because I had already used HLO for Starfinder when it released, my subscription had expired. Seeing as I wasn't a "new" user, I wasn't entitled to the x free months as I used them back in Starfinder. Currently you can't migrate without a valid HLO subscription - I had to buy a new 6 months to be able to migrate it. |
