How to make a Minotaur character

Ok, I think I am just having an idiot moment, but I cannot find in PF Hero Lab in the races to make a Minotaur NPC.

Am I missing a setting or a data pack somewhere?

You need the Bestiary book for the minotaur. Make sure the Bestiary is checked under Configure Hero. Then go to the Background tab, click race, type minotaur in the search field. There is your race.

Some days I don't know why I bother to chew through the restraints.
