Minor Bug: Starting Languages tab not update by Linguistics skill increase

Say I get Linguistics at rank 1. I should gain an extra language. Now, the validation system handles this properly and will tell me I get an extra language, but the Background->Starting Languages section doesnt tell me I get an extra language.

Languages from the race are added on the background tab, languages beyond that on the Personal tab. On the personal tab, if you add a greyed out language, it will not report an error once added.
