I was checking out the latest youtube video and thought I'd try out the delete empty snippets and section option which looks good but I wondered if there was a reverse you can use after you've saved the topic if you later decide to add additional information? I've checked the manuals but can't seem to find a solution. Anyone able to advise?

1) Click hammer and wrench in upper right.
2) Click Quick Edit Content 3) Click Synchronize the Structure.... 4) Profit I use this all the time now that my entries are mature and I've deleted all the empty categories. If you've added new snippets over time to the default but you have old material that doesn't have those snippets, this is a really easy way to add them quickly. |

Glad to help. This is a super-duper useful function with a wonderfully obtuse name.

It also has the useful function of sorting snippets and sections according to the category topic - very helpful if you customize your categories (and you should!)

You can add a single section by clicking on the hammer and wrench next to the section you wish to add it below or above. Choose add section, choose above or below. It will give the sections of the category not in use as option as well as a custom section.

This is a function I've overlooked. Had to use it in my last session prep. Very helpful. Makes me much more comfortable in removing empty snippets and sections knowing that I can easily get them back.
