Ever since I upgraded yesterday I have been unable to log in. Both the password and login button are greyed out. And "Login Unavailable" in red text is displayed.

One user opened a support case with the same problem today. They uninstalled and reinstalled Realm Works and that took care of it for them.
When looking further into the issue, it looked to be related to firewall software blocking the connections to the Realm Works server from the Realm Works client. If this information doesn't help you, please open a support case to investigate further. |

I uninstalled and re-installed yesterday and it still did not work. But it was late so I didn't feel up to filing a support ticket at the time. I just tried now and it now works.

I've solved this issue by restarting my computer after the update. I've never had to uninstall/reinstall the software.
