My apologies if this has been covered somewhere already, but I could not find it.
Is there some way to add cash to a character built as an NPC? Thanks! Redbaeyr |

On the configure hero form, just like a PC, you can set the starting cash for a character.

Ah! Hadn't thought of that...
Just out of curiousity, why don't they have the same tab you get with PCs where you can add or subtract cash on the fly? |

The journal tab is for recording the history of a character - you've seen that there's more than just money there, right? - there's XP earned, and a big round button for you to make notes about what happened during that adventure.
NPCs very rarely get the same sort of detailed history that PCs get, so the Journal tab is hidden for NPCs - they advance when the DM says so, not when they accumulate enough XP. (If you do want that sort of history, just don't set them as an NPC). The goal for an NPC is to simplify the amount of information a DM needs to maintain for them as much as possible, so things like the Journal tab that aren't needed are hidden. |
