We're talking about the same core issue; a single point of failure. Additionally, having no one who really knows the system (at least, those who are writing about it on this thread), is another weakness. The latter can be remedied through training.

Regardless, Robert posted on another thread that he (?) is almost finished with the WoC list, so this is all moot:
