I created a Swashbuckler with Sorcerer Dedication at second level, and chose the Genie bloodline. At third level, the variable bloodline 2nd level spell is showing up in my available spell list, even though I am only qualified for cantrips. The NON-variable 1st level bloodline spell does not show up, just the variable one, and since only the Genie bloodline seems to have the variable option, it doesn't do this for other bloodlines.
For example, I chose the Djinni genie type, and my available spell list shows my two cantrips and Invisibility.
