I always Liked Daniel Horne's work. He actually dressed female fighters in something besides a chainmail bikini.  ... Unfortunate that he does most of his work in the Goth Monster genre (ie Dracula, Frankenstein, etc) I think his eye for the fantasy aspect is good as well.

Those were cardboard page dividers from an old AD&D monster manual that came in a three ring binder. I picked some of the ones I liked the art and framed them for the wall.
